Q1. Will my order arrive on time?
A: We are working very hard to dispatch orders as safely and quickly as possible, however, due to the impacts of the pandemic Australia Post and other carriers are currently experiencing significant delays for parcels or pallets delivery national wide. Please allow for additional days of delays for deliveries.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information when the item is dispatched. Please check your email inbox and junk folder for this information so you can track your order at any time. Please feel free to email us if you didn’t get tracking email.

Q2. How is my order in progress?
A: Our manufacture facilities were paused from 6/ Aug-13/Sep( subject government announcement release lockdown date), your order will be back to our manufacturing plan when we come back to work.
Q3. Do you know when my order can be ready?
A: We are working on many orders , specially those order were placed before lockdown, as initially we instructed to you, your order will be complete in between 8-10 weeks time, so please check your invoice date, then from the date your paid deposit to 6/Aug plus 6 weeks lockdown and plus the remaining Schedule time, for example: your invoice date is 16/6/2020, deposit paid on 30/ Jun, then your order estimate complete date is : 30/June-6/ Aug=5 weeks, so will be complete in 3-5 weeks after lockdown released.( if it is on 13/Sep)it will be around end of Sep-middle of Oct.
